Our famous Gibb River Road is the beginning of an adventure in itself. The 4WD tracks are of varying difficulty. Retrace abandoned routes to historical Wyndham, with heritage back to the early 1830’s. Brave the corrugations and river crossings. Drive in the shadow of the Cockburn Ranges and forge beyond El Questro. Zebedee Springs on El Questro is a worthwhile day trip.

The Punululu National Park or Bungle Bungle Ranges was placed on the world Heritage List in 2003. The unique appearance will capture your imagination. The turn off to the park is 250 km south of Kununurra or 109 km north of Halls Creek. The Park access road is accessible only to four-wheel-drive vehicles and makes for some of the most impressive scenery in Australia.

The most visited land based site Cathedral Gorge a fairly easy walk or for a longer expedition, explore nearby Piccaninny Creek and Gorge.
